UK delivery will typically take between 5-10 working days from the point of full payment. If the artwork has not been received within this time please advise us so that we can attempt to track the package. We cannot be held liable for any delays with the postal system or courier company. Changes to an address after artwork has been despatched are liable to an additional charge.
Screenprints must be notified about any damage within 3 days of receipt of the artwork. We will arrange for collection and replacement. You also have the option of choosing an alternative piece of artwork or taking a full refund.
